Our policy is only applicable to damaged or defective items upon receipt of order. If a customer receives their item(s) damaged or defective in their order then they may be eligible for a replacement item free of charge.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately we unable to exchange the damaged or defective item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
